At Paulen Solidarity Law, our clients are our equal partner in resolving their legal situation. By removing the traditional hierarchy from the lawyer-client relationship, our firm can deliver the highest quality legal representation in every situation.
At Paulen Solidarity Law, we are proud to offer our services to everyone in our community and particularly uplift our Black and brown clients, Queer clients, and transgender clients who have been traditionally underserved by the legal profession.
At Paulen Solidarity Law, we believe that there are often multiple alternative solutions to a problem. When at all possible, we explore with our clients alternatives to the court system which frequently reproduces injustice.
Paulen Solidarity Law is a politically engaged law practice. Our lawyers advocate before local government agencies when those agencies are considering matters that would impact our clients. Additionally, Paulen Solidarity Law supports our clients’ right to fully participate in our government regardless of immigration status.
Our goal is to become one of the first law firms in North Carolina to go completely paperless and to explore ways to further reduce our carbon footprint. All employees work remotely reducing commuting expenses. We participate in remoting hearings in court whenever possible.
